Child Care Providers

Washington Families Thrive — Building a Strong Child Care System for Washington Families

Our Philosophy

We believe a resilient child care sector is essential to a healthy local economy, thriving children, and stable families. When child care centers and home‑based providers succeed, communities benefit: parents can work, children receive quality early learning, and local businesses grow. As a small woman-owned business, we understand the real challenges providers face accessing targeted professional development, marketing, and business support — so we’ve made it our mission to remove those barriers.

What We Offer Providers

  • Free professional development: Pathways to Progress is our monthly series of trainings and resources, shaped by local provider feedback. Each session features experts in early learning, marketing, business growth, and public systems (OSPI, DCYF), along with elected decision‑makers and community leaders — all aimed at practical strategies you can use right away.

  • Free monthly newsletter: Curated resources, Pathways to Progress updates, a local blog showcasing child care leaders, and family‑friendly activity ideas for Snohomish County that you can share with your families.

  • Matching & marketing services: We vet licensed providers carefully, learn each partner’s specialties (services, educational approach, safety and quality practices), and match working families to providers with current openings. Our intake process helps families find the best fit by cost, location, hours, classroom size, teacher qualifications, cultural responsiveness, bilingual options, and more — increasing choice for families and enrollment stability for you.

Why Partner with Us:

We invest time and resources so providers can focus on what matters most: quality care and sustainable growth. Our services are designed to increase visibility, strengthen enrollment pipelines, and connect you to practical training and policy conversations that impact your work.
