Personal Consultation & Review
Once your profile is submitted, one of our dedicated Care Specialists will personally review your needs. We’ll reach out via email to confirm we have everything we need, and if necessary, we’ll schedule a brief call to ensure we truly understand the nuances of what your family is looking for.
Receive Your Curated Matches
We do the legwork so you don't have to. Within your specified timeline, your Care Specialist will send you 2 to 3 detailed provider profiles. These aren't just leads—these are vetted providers who match your priorities and, most importantly, have current, verified openings for your child.
Connect and Thrive
With your shortlist in hand, you have a 2-3 day window to contact the providers and determine the best fit for your family’s culture and priorities. Our support doesn't end at the introduction; your Care Specialist will follow up within two weeks to check in on your experience and ensure you are 100% satisfied with your new care solution.
